Do I need to do anything to enroll?
If you have an account with us, you’re already enrolled in our new loyalty program. If you don't have an account with us, you can sign up here.

How do the discounts work?
You’ll receive 5% off always when you’re logged into your account. Once you spend ₱31,000 within a rolling calendar year, your discount automatically increases to 10% off for the next calendar year. Your discount will be automatically applied at checkout, to make things easy for you.

What is a rolling calendar year?
A rolling calendar year means we look at your total spend over the past 12 months, not a fixed January–December period – no annual reset required.

Where can I see my loyalty status?
You can view your current discount tier anytime in your Account Settings when you’re logged in.

Do discounts stack with promotions or promo codes?
Yes! Any discount code you have will stack with the 5-10% loyalty savings. Lucky you.

Will my discount apply automatically?
Yes. As long as you’re logged into your account, your loyalty discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

What happened to the previous loyalty program?
We’ve transitioned away from our points-based program to a simpler, always-on loyalty experience. Your rewards are now built directly into your account as automatic discounts.

What happened to my unused points?
Unused points are no longer eligible for use - instead, you'll have automatic savings, forever.
